Today is a great day to pick up the phone and say hello to the women who have inspired you and contributed to the knowledge, confidence and beautiful life that you have right now. Girlfriend, let’s shower these ladies the love and recognition that they deserve on this special day!

I’m also about supporting women who are mothers and who want to have their own business. Here’s one thing I know: You are made for more.

It is not selfish, crazy or silly to have your own business or be a high performer in your workplace and be a mum. I want you to know that you CAN create a business that fits around your life.

Here’s something that I want you to pledge for yourself: It is up to each of us to show everybody around us that mothers can be present in motherhood AND build really beautiful, wildly successful, enviable businesses that give us more time and more abundance with people who matter to us most.

The secret to all of it? Progress over perfection. It means taking small steps everyday towards your big vision.
