The truth is that you might believe you’re working hard, but you’re not working efficiently and that’s because you’re not making time for self-care. No matter how fancy it may sound, self-care is pivotal for our physical, mental, and emotional well-being!

I’m very passionate about self-care, especially self-care for entrepreneurs. Launch season is always such a busy time, so it’s incredibly important to remember to fill your cup – that way you can continue to show up for your tribe as your best self.
1. Putting Self-Care First
Self-care isn’t just for one day of the week! Self-care during launches is so important, and it’s very easy during a busy period to let your self-care slip.

2. What do I do for self-care?
When the self-care is lacking, that’s when I notice the mean girl in my head speaks to me a lot louder, imposter syndrome pops up, and it becomes more difficult to operate from a place of service. So I’m excited to share with you what I do for self-care during my launches!

What self-care things do I do during launches?
- My hair was washed at the salon with a blow dry, once a week over two weeks. I scheduled in getting my color done, as well.
- The pampering continued with a mani, pedi, a waxing treatment, and even a henna tattoo.
- Time was scheduled into my calendar for my friends and socializing, which became a non-negotiable.
- I ate well, with intention.
What do I have to work on during my next launch?
- I need to incorporate more exercise!

It could be carving out time for exercise, planning a healthy menu, taking a longer bath, or getting your outfits ahead of time.
